As the name of the restaurant says it all, Hing Loong Taiwanese Noodle, famous for their Taiwanese noodle offers great noodles made fresh from their own secret recipe. Hoe Kee Chicken Rice Shop offers Malacca’s specialty, the chicken rice ball. Similar to the normal chicken rice, the rice ball comes together with boiled chicken, cucumber and spring onion to top it on and not forgetting the must have chilli sauce. As for the rice recipe, it was cooked using chicken stock with chicken oil and salt as well as adding a little bit of ginger, garlic and shallot to flavour before shaping the rice into a ball.
